Ham, Egg & Chive Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 2 Savante Chilli & Garlic wraps.
  • 160g Thinly sliced ham.
  • 1 cup Egg mayonnaise with chopped chives.


Method:

  • Lay each wrap flat on a board.
  • Place half of the egg mayo & chive mixture on each wrap & spread evenly.
  • Lay ham slices evenly over the mayo mixture.
  • Carefully roll wrap keeping it quite tight.
  • Let wrap rest for a minute with the seal side down.
  • Carefully trim edges then slice into five even pieces.
