Artichoke & Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Savante Parsley & Onion wrap
  • Artichoke puree or dip
  • 1 small red onion finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 Zucchini very thinly sliced rounds
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil


Method:

  • Evenly spread the artichoke puree over the wrap.
  • Sprinkle the finely sliced red onion & feta onto the artichoke puree.
  • Drizzle olive oil over zucchini rounds in a separate bowl or plate.
  • Carefully layer zucchini rounds onto red onion & feta.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 
  • Place in hot oven for approx. 7-12 mins or until the top has just turned light golden brown.
  • Slice into nice sized wedges, just a like a pizza.
